2. Purpose of data processing

The personal data we collect through forms or email will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing and responding to contact requests and technical diagnostic inquiries.
  • Coordinating validation sessions and initial meetings.
  • Maintaining the commercial and technical communication necessary to properly evaluate the professional engagement.

Explicit note: We do not use your data to send newsletters, massive advertising emails, or for automated profiling. We only communicate with you regarding your specific request.

3. Legitimation (Legal Basis)

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you grant by checking the acceptance box and submitting the contact form, or by sending us an email directly.

You can revoke your consent at any time, although such revocation will not have a retroactive effect on processing already carried out.

4. Data retention period

The data provided will be retained according to the following criteria:

  • If no engagement is formalised: The data will be deleted within a maximum period of 6 months after the last communication.
  • If a service contract is formalised: The data will be kept during the term of the contract and, subsequently, during the legally required periods (tax, commercial, and civil liability) to attend to possible liabilities arising from the service.

5. Recipients and International Transfers

We guarantee that your data will not be sold or transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation. However, in order to offer you the service, we use tools from trusted technological providers who act as Data Processors:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc.).
  • Communications and email: Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited).
  • Web analytics (if you accept cookies): Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited).

International data transfers to the United States derived from the use of these providers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR.

6. User rights

As a user, you have the right to exercise the following actions regarding your personal data:

  • Access: To know what data we are processing about you.
  • Rectification: To modify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): To request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection and limitation: To object to the processing or request that it be limited.
  • Portability: To request your data in a structured format.

To exercise these rights, simply send an email to antoniojose.reinagonzalez@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID or using a valid digital signature to verify your identity.

If you consider that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
